Terms and Conditions

1. Project Scope
All work will be performed as described in the signed estimate or contract. Any changes to the scope of work must be approved in writing and may result in additional charges.
2. Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in the contract (e.g., deposit upfront, progress payments, final payment upon completion). Late payments may incur fees.
3. Permits and Approvals
It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain all necessary permits and approvals required by local authorities unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Access to Property
The customer must provide clear access to the job site during working hours and ensure that work areas are free from obstructions or hazards.
5. Warranties
Materials and workmanship may be covered under warranty as stated in the contract. Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, neglect, or extreme weather.
6. Delays and Weather
Project timelines may be affected by weather, supply delays, or unforeseen site conditions. Rocky Mountain Contractors will communicate any delays promptly.
7. Insurance
Rocky Mountain Contractors carries liability and workers' compensation insurance. Customers are encouraged to ensure their own property insurance covers the scope of the work.
8. Cleanup
We will make reasonable efforts to clean up job-related debris, but some minor debris or residual dust may remain after project completion.
9. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. Depending on the stage of the project, the customer may be responsible for costs incurred to date.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved in good faith through direct communication. If necessary, disputes may be settled through mediation or arbitration in the state where the project was performed.
